Torchlit roads
Choked and lined with falling ash

Stand in vigilance before our signal fires

Those who endured and vowed to stay alive
For every one that fell, another took their place
Through sheer force of will, we kept each other safe
In the wild
No map to mark the path
All we knew
We were never coming back
One day we’ll find a place to call our own
The road is hard but we aren’t traveling alone
